I can do a lot of things well, but gardening has never been one of them.  But I don't give up!  Each spring I get excited about making a garden and planting our favorites.  I can get some things to grow, but I never get these huge beautiful crops that others get.  But I don't give up.  I will try again this year!  

It is still to cold to plant anything here in Northern Nevada, but I can still prepare.  I have started by making these chipboard garden markers to label what we plant.

Advent Calendar

Thanks to Close to My Heart, Xyron, and Cricut I was able to complete this adorable advent calendar easily!  

Close to My Heart provides the Design Space files (in workshop instructions below).  I used my Xyron to make it easier to stick all the little pieces on.  The only other thing I did different than the instructions was I used red line tape to adhere each layer of boxes together. I felt it gave it more stability.
