How is it already May???
Seriously, I don't know where this year has gone. I want to share something that I remembered this morning while setting up my May planner. The May theme from Cocoa Daisy (the planner subscription I use) is hydrangeas. I love these flowers, they are one of my favorites. I remember when we were kids, Sharon and I would pick these big hydrangea blooms from the tree in her back yard and run about the neighborhood leaving them on peoples door steps for May Day. Of course her mom and my mom were top of the list. My mom told me years later that she loved these flowers but she was allergic to them and they caused her sinuses fits! We never knew. Nobody does that anymore. I wish we would have taken photos of our younger selves and the flowers doing this.
As for May at Close to My Heart, no hydrangeas, but lots of new things. Today is new catalog launch day!!! If you do not already have a catalog you can check it out here. The only thing I can say about this catalog is WOW! This is my favorite catalog from CTMH yet. I love everything in it. I hope you are as excited about it as I am.

Everyday Life Album Club
I am so in love with each of the paper packs in this catalog I have created an Everyday Life Project with them. Each month we will make two - two page layouts (one month will be three - two page layouts) using the featured paper pack. At the end of the 4 months you will have a completed Everyday Life Album with lots of supplies left over to create even more.
The first month will be the most expensive because you need to purchase the Everyday Life Album, protectors, and other supplies supplies needed to complete the project. Then each subsequent month will run about $20.00 (plus tax and shipping).
Once you join, you will get access to a private Facebook Group for members only where I will do a video each month walking though the layouts, as well as provide you with a downloadable cutting guide. Share your projects with other group members and get inspiration too.
